Frequently asked questions.

What do you expect from me as a parent?

We are here to support you. We simply ask that you trust us to have the best interest of your child in mind and understand that it is our job to aid in their growth and development. We are a team!

What are the caregiver ratios?

The State of Michigan Licensing Regulations require a 1:4 caregiver to child ratio.

Are the infants on a schedule?

Infants eat and sleep on demand. Our full-time infants have their own designated crib and we practice safe-sleep standards. Infants also eat on demand. We have accommodations for breastfeeding mothers.

What are the credentials of the caregivers?

All of our staff have formal education in early childhood development. It is not enough to simply have fun, it is our responsibility to understand their behaviors and encourage growth.

Do you accept part-time enrollment?

Absolutely! We understand that all families have different needs. Therefore we enroll children for as few as 2 days. Although the transition make take more time, children thrive in routine and we work with families to establish or further develop routines.

What other resources do you provide?

We are happy to help parents with resources other than traditional childcare. We offer assistance with potty training, positive discipline techniques, developmental assessments and more!
